These terms apply to your use of the SingLlStocr app. By using the app you agree to them. They work alongside Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
What the app does
SingLlStocr helps you plan, compare and record your own purchases. It doesn't sell products, process payments, place orders or connect to store accounts. Purchases you make happen with the store you choose, under that store's terms.
Information in the app
- Prices, stores, dates and notes are entered by you and may not reflect a store's current price.
- Sale Calendar dates and tips follow common sale periods in Taiwan and are a general guide. Stores decide their own promotions.
- Currency conversions use daily reference rates from ExchangeRate-API for information. The rate applied by your bank, card issuer or store can differ.
- Return window and warranty reminders are based on the dates you enter. Check the store's or manufacturer's own policy for exact terms.
Your content
Items, photos and records you add stay on your device and remain yours. You're responsible for keeping your own backups.
Links to other websites
Product links open third-party websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, offers or policies.
Acceptable use
Use the app lawfully and don't attempt to interfere with it or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for purchase decisions, missed reminders or losses arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
